Reception logs from TC Patterson in San Remegio,Cebu here in Central Philippines.
On November 19, 2010 did a quick scan of 19 meter band mid-morning occupancy here in the Philippines between 0200 and 0300 I noted the following stations on the band:

15100 Voice of Korea from Pyongyang in English;
15115 Voice of America relay via Tinang in Burmese;
15180 Voice of Korea from Pyongyang in Spanish;
15220 Radio Free Asia relay via Tinian in Tibetan;
15275 Radio Thailand from Udon Thani in English;
15285 Radyo Pilipinas from Tinang in English;
15310 BBC Worldservice relay via Nakhon Sawan in English;

Noticed SLBC’s signals have been surprisingly weak since the onset of the B10 season, leading to speculate they have reverted to their vintage 35 kW transmitter. You will recall that mid year they switched to their new 100kW transmitter at Ekala.
