Hello everyone! To all our dear shortwave listeners Good evening! Good morning! Wherever you are. Welcome to the February 13th edition of the Philippine DX News. This is report No.49.I’m Henry Umadhay in Antique, Central Philippines. Glad to be back and thank you for listening.

This month Pilipinas DX is celebrating it’s 4th year anniversary of airing DX News from the Philippines here on Wavescan. For the past 4 years since March 2007 every second Sunday of the month continuously privilege of sharing DX information from my end here in San Jose de Buenavista. I would like to thank everyone to those who sent their reception reports,sending station logs and other information’s. I would like to thankAdventist World Radio and Dr.Adrian Peterson, and Jeff White for the privilege to part of Wavescan. To all of you thank you very much.

To join, just send your oldest QSL card received from any short wave stations based here in the Philippines. Maybe you can send the reproduce copy or attached to the email. With all the information in the QSL card. And also send one reception report where you heard the Pilipinas DX segment today.
4th Year anniversary QSL Card
Our QSL Featuring El Nido, Palawan
El Nido is located in the northernmost portion of Mainland Palawan.
Bordered in the north by the Linapacan Strait, in the south by the municipality of Taytay, in the east by the Sulu Sea, and in the west by the South China Sea
El Nido is approximately 430 kilometers southwest of Manila and about 238 kilometers northwest of Puerto Princessa City, the capital of Palawan.
El Nido really is a magical place. From its ageless towering marble cliffs to its white sandy beaches with crystal clear water, many refer to it as paradise. There are over 50 beaches to discover.You will also find enchanting lagoons, caves that can take you to hidden beaches, and a very diverse variety of wildlife.
El Nido is a top destination for island hopping.It is a truly relaxing and inspiring place.
